Night Eating Syndrome
This program is for people that are struggling with night eating syndrome. You may also be struggling with another eating disorder like binge eating. This does not matter as we can work on the two at the same time.
Firstly like all my programmes this is a place to open up and completely feel free to express concerns, feelings and worries.
This programme is all about easing you out of night eating syndrome. Night eating syndrome becomes a habitual routine. You may find yourself waking up at exactly the same time every night to eat. This is because the body has become programmed to do so.
In the course of me getting out of my night eating syndrome I had to slowly faze it out.
The program will focus on how to retrain your body to sleep through the times you wake up to eat. The program will show you ways of how to trick your body out of the routine.
