Self worth
This program is for those suffering with low self worth. However, you may not even realise that this is the case. Instead you may realise you feel constantly not good enough, you doubt yourself, have a negative internal dialogue and always think the worst about yourself and others. You may find yourself constantly living in the past, unable to move forward or find inspiration. At the same time you may feel extremely co-dependant and have a loss of direction and depleted sense of who you are. This again is all to do with suffering with low self worth.

The self worth programme is all about realigning with who you truly are as a person. Its here to teach you why you matter and discover your own uniqueness. You may have been a person that constantly overlooked yourself and abilities due to fear and doubt. The programme creates understanding of how you have overtime been programmed to lose your sense of self through hardships, challenges and traumas. It looks at how your mind has processed such things.
The program is a tool box that will give insight on how to break away your limited and negative way of thinking. It will reinforce belief and understanding towards how your self worth is the back bone to your life. Thus it will help you embrace yourself and look at things in a different light and new way of thinking. This program is there to show you how to grow from challenges, obstacles and traumas. It works with the concept of Post Traumatic Growth (PTG).
