The Self Worth Reset
From Broken To Whole
This programme is for anyone who feels stuck, lost, or weighed down by the after-effects of difficult or unhealthy relationships. You may not even realise the root cause is low self-worth — instead you might notice that you often feel “not good enough,” doubt yourself, have a harsh inner critic, or always expect the worst from yourself and others. You might catch yourself replaying the past, unable to move forward, or feeling overly dependent on others to feel okay. You may have lost your sense of direction and the spark of who you are.

I don’t diagnose — my role as a coach is to help you work through what comes after painful experiences. Whether your relationships were simply unhealthy or may have been toxic or narcissistic in nature, the focus here is on you — your healing, your growth, and your ability to reclaim your life.
The program is a tool box that will give insight on how to break away your limited and negative way of thinking. It will reinforce belief and understanding towards how your self worth is the back bone to your life. Thus it will help you embrace yourself and look at things in a different light and new way of thinking. This program is there to show you how to grow from challenges, obstacles and traumas. It works with the concept of Post Traumatic Growth (PTG).
What this programme is all about
This is about realigning with your true self — the version of you that knows your value and stands in it. It’s about helping you understand why you matter and what makes you unique, especially if you’ve spent years overlooking your own needs, gifts, and abilities due to fear, self-doubt, or someone else’s behaviour.
Over time, hardships, challenges, and traumas can chip away at your confidence and sense of identity. This programme helps you see how those experiences shaped the way you think and feel — and then gives you the tools to shift those patterns. You’ll learn how to move from survival mode into a space of growth, using your challenges as a foundation for strength.
The blend of self-worth building & relationship recovery
Painful or toxic relationships — including those involving narcissistic traits — can leave you feeling depleted, confused, and unsure of what’s real. You may second-guess yourself, struggle to trust your own thoughts, or feel as if you’ve lost your inner compass. This is because repeated invalidation and emotional harm can slowly erode self-trust and self-worth.
Here, you have a safe space to talk openly about your experiences, release what you’ve been holding inside, and ask as many questions as you need. Together, we untangle what actually happened from what you’ve been led to believe. We work on breaking the old patterns, building clarity, restoring confidence, and finding emotional stability again.

This programme is not about staying stuck in the pain of the past — it’s about using it as a stepping stone to grow into the strongest version of yourself. It’s about finding clarity, reconnecting with your worth, and building a future that’s free from old patterns.
You are not broken — you are becoming.
This programme is not counselling or therapy, and does not replace professional mental health support. It is a coaching process focused on personal growth and recovery after challenging life experiences.
