This programme is for anyone who finds themselves stuck in a cycle of binge eating, night eating, or both — and wants a way forward but doesn’t know where to start.
I want to be upfront — I’m not a professional in the clinical or medical sense. I’m simply someone who has lived these experiences myself. I know what it’s like to wake up in the middle of the night and head straight to the kitchen without even thinking. I know what it’s like to binge until you feel awful, and then beat yourself up afterwards. I’ve been there — and I’ve come through it.
Everything I share in this programme is what I’ve learned along the way. The tools, the shifts in thinking, the small daily actions — all of it comes from my own journey of breaking free from these habits. Now I coach others from that place of lived experience, walking alongside you rather than standing above you.
Why both often go hand in hand
Binge eating and night eating are different, but they can overlap. Some people binge during the day, others find themselves eating in the quiet hours of the night, and some do both. No matter how it shows up, it can leave you feeling trapped, ashamed, and hopeless.
This isn’t about labelling you or fitting you into a box. It’s about helping you understand your patterns, where they started, and how to start loosening their grip.
Binge Eating
When I struggled with binge eating, it often felt like something outside of me had taken over. Sometimes there was a trigger — stress, certain foods, or emotions I didn’t know how to handle — and sometimes it just happened without warning.
One thing I realised is that the harsh, negative self-talk before, during, and after a binge only made it worse. Part of the work we do together is about softening that voice and replacing it with something kinder and more supportive, so you can start breaking the cycle from the inside out.
Night Eating
Night eating was one of the hardest habits I ever had to change. I’d find myself waking at almost the exact same time every night, and my body just expected food. It wasn’t even about hunger anymore — it was routine, ingrained in my mind and body.
I didn’t break it overnight. I phased it out slowly, retraining my body to sleep through and teaching my mind that it was safe to rest without eating. In this programme, I’ll share exactly how I did that, and help you create your own plan to step out of the cycle gently and steadily.

The Bigger Picture
This programme isn’t about rules, punishment, or restriction. It’s about small, consistent shifts that help you take your power back. It’s about understanding yourself better, healing your relationship with food, and creating new patterns that feel peaceful and sustainable.
I’m not here to “fix” you — because you’re not broken.
I’m here to walk with you, share what worked for me, and help you build a life where food no longer controls your days or nights.
